Ultimate Frisbee is a fast growing, fun sport open to men and women of all skill levels. No experience is necessary to join Saint John's co-ed, recreational Ultimate Frisbee league.
If you can throw a frisbee, and are able to run around a soccer field having fun with others on your team, then this may be the sport for you!
