Does anyone know if the houses on Saint James Street that face crown street are co op housing? And if so, how would one go about applying to live in such a place? I'm looking for a place close to my daughters school, but the amount people are asking for apartments is discouraging and I'm tired of moving. I can't get a mortgage right now, but I want a more permanent place that I don't have to worry about being asked to leave. (our building is up for sale for the third time since we've moved in and it's getting overwhelming.)
