Does anyone know what year...

Do you know what year the irving gas station on the reversing falls bridge burnt down? I have a picture here and we are trying to get an idea of what year it was taken. It shows the gas station quite clearly just off the reversing falls bridge and you can see UNB in the distance but the hosp is not even started.

we were living in a house off Prince St west, it cracked some plaster ceilings and windows from the force of the blast.

Thank you fast eddy. I moved down here in 1976 and it was gone when I got here. I heard someone say they remembered it but they came here after I did. I just wondered if I was actually losing my mind (good possibility) or they were mistaken.
